This is an exciting and powerful experience, comprised of a Bangarra matinée performance of “HORIZON” at QPAC (Queensland Performing Arts Centre) in Brisbane, followed by a 5Rhythms movement lab facilitated by Honor to reconnect and dance deep into the anatomy of your own unique spirit. 

Using the 5Rhythms Cosmology to guide us into our custodianship with curiosity, opening vistas of vocabulary in the body to experience our own inner compass, our true north, and the light that is our birthright. Authentic wild wonderment.

This powerful movement lab is designed to reconnect you to dance deep into the anatomy of your own unique spirit. We shall call specifically on connection to the elements of water and air, the Rhythms of Chaos and Lyrical.
