we root ourselves in gratitude,
humility, and embodied presence.
We honour the ground beneath us,
the breath that moves us,
the lineage that holds us,
and the mystery that animates us.
We move with care, with
devotion, & deep listening.

In Rebellion we ignite the fire of truth in our bones.
We shake off old skins, step beyond limitations,
and move with unapologetic vitality.
We give shape to our no and our yes,
to the wild heartbeat that refuses to be silenced.

Together, these polarities weave a living dance.
Reverence without rebellion risks stagnation.
Rebellion without reverence risks destruction.
But when they meet, they spark creativity, authenticity, and freedom.

Each Rhythm is an invitation to meet the reverent and rebellious within you, each a sacred threshold into deeper layers of presence, embodiment, and truth.

Flow, grounds us in humility, a devotion to the ground that holds us.
In Staccato, we strike truth into form, letting rebellion move through our bones, sharp and clear.
Chaos is the wild threshold where reverence and rebellion collide and we sweat our prayers.
In Lyrical we are reimagined sacred rebels, interconnected with all life.
In Stillness the paradox resolves into presence where devotion and defiance are two wings of the same prayer.

This day is an invitation to come as you are.
To bow down. To rise up. To dance the paradox.

Calling in a tribe of Fluid Footed Heart Warriors, Chaos Rollers, Light Expanders, Spirit Dancers.

It is time for reLOVEution.

Through the practice of 5Rhythms, this workshop supports you to explore yielding to the dance.
An invitation to delve deep into your inner world, and express your authentic self.

This extraordinary location is an exquisite studio on private land. Just 5 minutes from my own home.

This is also the home of Embodyssey so if you are curious about that, this is a great taster.
