Harnessing the potent 5Rhythms® medicine wheel, we tap into the alive Current that is intrinsic to all life.
We belong to the same Current that shapes rivers, weather, forests and stars. That same impulse lives secretly beneath the surface of our own lives, asking to move, to create, to love, to grieve, to celebrate, to regenerate.
There are seasons when that Current runs clear.
There are seasons when it feels buried beneath obligation, urgency, habit, noise, and distraction.
Yet it never disappears.
Every dance is an opportunity to clear the channel.
To become more available, so that life moves through us with the same fierce intelligence that moves through everything.
