1) 21 DAYS
21 Days to Create a New Habit. 21 days is the time required to begin creating new neural pathways in your brain. In this program, we’re also working with the fabric of the body to imprint and amplify this process.
[Disclaimer: this doesn’t mean that you’ll instantly have a new habit in 3 weeks, but it’s an kickass start! And it all depends on you.]

2) WAKING EARLY
Waking up early is about self-mastery. Getting a head start during that most magical part of the day. First thing in the morning is the perfect time to listen in to the nuances of the anatomy before entering into the busyiness of the outside world. Waking early has a myriad of benefits to the body, the emotions, and the mind. Early risers are shown to be more proactive, productive, present, and energetic. So getting up out of bed, even when it’s uncomfortable, is a going to bring more mojo to your day, especially over time when it is also shown to create better sleep patterns.

3) MOVEMENT
Get it all moving! Movement, dancing, and expressive embodiment support you to connect to your body, enhance your emotional wellbeing and mental clarity. To improve metabolism, posture, flexibility. To elevate your heart rate, and flow of oxygen and oxytocin.

4) DAILY PRACTICE
Harness the powers of commitment and discipline to create a sense of steadiness and groundedness during these times of radical change. To help hold a barometer of awareness for our fluctuating states of being. To connect you to Spirit in a tangible way. Those who have a daily sadhana (spiritual practice) are more centred, calm, and resilient. No matter what the mind says, no matter how we feel, no matter what is going on in our lives, every single day for a set time we turn up to our practice. Even the not wanting to do to it provides just as much grist for the mill.

Positive mantras, affirmations, and gratitude practice help us reprogram our subconscious mind to start believing and retrieving our positive and uplifting divine intelligence and original blueprint.

Using the world renowned 5Rhythms® movement practice, we will tune into a deep listening space inside the body. Warm up, sink down, power up, shake out, wake up, peace out, and drop in to our vital spark.
Each session will end with a distilled, guided powerful prayer portal themed around a unique affirmation to launch you into your day. These will be emailed to you each day.
If you find it challenging to get out of bed, if the first thing you reach for is the snooze button, your mobile phone, the doona back over your head, or a cup of coffee, this is for you.
If you just need that bit of fresh commitment, extra encouragement, arrow of accountability and discipline, this is for you.
If you’re inspired to activate your circulation, metabolism, and endorphins, this is for you.
Add in some wholesome guidance and hi-vibe music and you are well on your way to create a brighter day and awakened way.

TIMING:

6.30 ~ 7.15am AEST (nsw, qld, act, vic, tas)
Followed by an additional/optional 15 minute guided meditation + sharing and/or Q&A circle.
If you do need to miss any session, or if you're in a different international time zone, the recording will be available for 48 hours.

The 'General Admission' rate of $221 works out at $10.50 per session.
If you opt for the 'Mojo Abundance' rate, you are welcome to have a 1:1 session with Honor, via zoom.
If you are financially stretched right now, please feel free to opt for the 'Concession' rate.

CONTAINER:
• A daily online live practice via zoom, from the comfort of your own home (or garden, park, beach…)
• You will be guided gently into an uplifting movement practice to ignite your own authentic dance. And we will practice listening to our own internal guidance to allow ourselves to free out of the limiting mantras of the mind.
• Each session will conclude with a brief guided meditation prayer portal to anchor in the dance and catalyse the daily inspiration.
• Every day you will receive a daily inspiration/affirmation/mantra/gratitude to support you throughout your day.
• You will receive the zoom link upon registration and it will be the same link for the duration of the sequence.
• This format is designed as an opportunity to roll right out of bed and into the dance dojo. Come in your pyjamas if you want!
