OVERVIEW
Harnessing the potent 5Rhythms medicine wheel to resource ourselves through self-inquiry, movement, meditation, and dance. As we traverse this collective dark night of the soul, there is also a deeper message that for life to evolve,
we must evolve ourselves.
In essential service to ourselves and our kin
We are required to go all the way IN.
To meet the murk, the mystery, and the magnificence we are.
to embrace the opportunity to pass through our biology,
fortify our capacity, face our shadow,
and allow the crumbling world inside us,
to die and disintegrate.
Make of this time a potent beautiful medicine of renewal and awakening.
Inside the chrysalis,
the body breaks down into imaginal cells,
which like stem cells,
can become any type of cell.
The imaginal cells put themselves back together
in a new design, a new dreaming.

A 7 week online journey harnessing the potent 5Rhythms medicine wheel to resource ourselves through self-inquiry, movement, meditation, and dance.
This format is designed as an opportunity to enter the chrysalis from the sanctuary of your own home to create and benefit from the sense of retreat from the external world. It is designed to be able to complete in the evening and roll right into bed into the imaginal cellular dreamtime.
TIMING:
We enter the Chrysalis on Winter Solstice Thursday 20 June 2024
There are several other significant alignments such as the Mayan 'Day Out of Time' on our Stillness session, and we emerge from the Chrysalis on Imbolc ~ the time of the beginning of beginnings. Imbolc is a time of hope, a time filled with new possibilities for the future, of those we’ve dreamed up, ‘seeded’ over the winter.
Seven consecutive Thursdays emerging on 1 August 2024
There will be 6 live sessions over the 7 weeks:

7.30 - 9 pm (AEST)
There is no live session on 11 July.
If you can’t make it to the live session, the replay will be available.

CONTAINER:
• A weekly online live practice via zoom, from the comfort of your own home.
• Each session will hold a teaching of an aspect of the Chrysalis journey, through the lens of the 5Rhythms® medicine wheel.
• You will be guided into movement practice to hone the listening to your own internal guidance.
• You will receive the zoom link upon registration and it will be the same link for the duration of the sequence.
By retreating from the busyness of the external world into our inner being, we are able to cultivate and dive into rich Stillness, Presence, and Awareness.
When we surround ourselves in cocoons of prayer, movement, meditation, insights and reflections, we transform.
When we are willing to face our own shadow self, greeting all the aspects of ourselves…welcoming everything, and all that we are with love and with compassion, we transform.
Through this inner journey, we heal, grow and evolve…
We become ready and willing to emerge.
