An invitation to track the unchartered wilderness of your own being,
to explore this alive terrain, and to map the journey home.
No matter where you are on this tenuous voyage we call life,
this cartography is designed to meet you, support you, and liberate you.
Each of the Rhythms are movement landscapes:
Sacred designs to explore the badlands of the body, the topography of the heart, the jungle of the psyche, the curious vistas of the soul, and the vast temple realms of Spirit.
This dedicated container is ideal as an intro for new comers, as well as for those with a thousand dances under their feet who would like to dive deeper into the 5Rhythms cosmology and the wilderness of their untamed spirit.
We will explore this alive territory in a fresh way drawing on the wisdom of Gabrielle Roth’s medicine wheel as revealed in her book Maps to Ecstasy.
