In a world addicted to control and certainty,
we try desperately to hold on,
to hold our lives together,
to keep everything secure
and predictable, even boring.
But life is none of those things.
Using the intelligence of the 5Rhythms method,
we explore surrender:
Not as defeat,
but as a portal to power.
Not as mess,
but as Mystery.
Not as disorder,
but as Devotion to what is vaster than us.
This is not about falling apart.
It’s about falling open.
To enigma. To spirit.
To the unnameable pulse of creation and destruction.

A One Day Immersion
Held in the spirit of ceremony, creativity, curiosity and play.
A welcoming space for all levels of experience.
Embodiment practices, and personal expression.
Encouragement to step beyond your comfort zone and explore new facets of yourself.
Practical tools to integrate the learnings from the workshop into your daily life.
Through the practice of 5Rhythms, this workshop supports you to explore yielding to the dance. It’s an invitation to delve deep into your inner world, and express your authentic self.
Each Rhythm is an invitation to surrender, each a sacred threshold into deeper layers of presence, embodiment, and truth.
Flow: We surrender the mind to the soles. Allowing the feet to carry us into new realms.
Staccato: We surrender to the discipline of devotion. Not to collapse, but to commit.
Chaos: We offer ourselves utterly to the dance, to trust the wild current of what’s bigger than us.
Lyrical: We experience how surrender liberates, opens the door to new possibility & constellations.
Stillness: We bow to, and meld with the mystery that holds it all.
